"Button" Weddings

Our Button Weddings are intimate affairs designed for 50 guests. 100 guests is the maximum guest count for Button Weddings.

*Weddings with more than 50 guests will be charged $100/pp for additional guests, which includes the additional catering cost.

Catering costs are per person, so the cost will go down for weddings with fewer than 50 guests. Weddings with more than 50 guests will be charged $100/pp for additional guests, which includes the additional catering cost. Bar service will be a cash bar unless other arrangements are made through catering.

We will always work with you to find your ideal date, but we do recommend reaching out to us as soon as possible if you're looking for a date in our Peak Season. Since all of the major vendors are included, we have planned Button Weddings with as little as one month's notice.

We have gathered a team of award-winning Western Massachusetts vendors to provide their creativity, talent and skill at prices that are much lower than you would find anywhere else, organized from start to finish by your dedicated wedding planner. The reason that we’re able to offer Button Weddings at a price lower than your standard wedding is because we’ve nurtured relationships with the vendors in our wedding community. These vendors appreciate our level of organization and service, and are willing to discount their rates because they know our events go off without a hitch.

**We partner with top vendors to offer fully inclusive packages at discounted rates. To ensure vendor availability, couples should book with as much advance notice as possible. In the rare instance that we cannot ensure a vendor, pricing will be adjusted.

You can always work directly with your vendors to modify your packages to expand the services they provide. Add an engagement session to your photo package, a champagne toast to your bar package, or extra bouquets to your floral package. Any add-on services will be an additional cost determined by your vendor.

What’s different?

• Button Weddings can only be scheduled scheduled on weekdays: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays

• Your vendors are preselected, and the price is all-inclusive for all major vendors: venue, catering, photography, flowers, DJ, officiant, and hair and makeup

• Button Weddings are shorter (either 4 or 5 hours) than our regular six-hour weekend weddings

• You have access to our full collection of high end decorations

• You have a dedicated event manager to help you throughout the process

• You have access to our private suites all day so you can get ready on-site at a pace that feels good to you

• Full staff set up and breakdown

Button Weddings can only be scheduled on weekdays (Monday-Thursday). Couples seeking a weekend wedding can view our weekend prices and offerings. Fridays do not qualify for Button Weddings.

Yes! While Button Weddings are only offered midweek, you can book a traditional wedding for any time. Weekday weddings are 10% below the Friday/Sunday rate with the exception of holidays. Our holiday rate is 10% above our Peak Season Saturday rate.

Because Button Weddings are already so heavily discounted, we do not offer any additional discounts for these events.
