What's Included?
In-person Meetings
Nothing beats sitting down together and speaking face-to-face. This package includes an essential planning and detail meeting at a location of your choice, as well as a site visit at your venue to walk through the details and bring your vision to life.

Follow-Ups
Planning a wedding is a process, and we’re here for you every step of the way. We pride ourselves on being responsive and proactive. We’ll follow up with you via email, phone, Zoom, or FaceTime — whatever works best for you! After each call, we'll always send detailed notes so we’re all on the same page.

Month-of Coordination
As your wedding day approaches, we take the reins to make sure everything runs flawlessly. In the month leading up to your event, we’ll contact all your vendors and venues to confirm key details, logistics, and timelines. If any issues arise, we’ll handle them promptly and keep you informed, offering solutions that stay true to your vision.

Ceremony Rehearsal
Practice makes perfect! We’ll coordinate your ceremony rehearsal at your venue, ensuring that you, your partner, wedding party, and family feel confident and comfortable with the flow. This preparation helps create a relaxed, seamless ceremony. For the smoothness of the event, rehearsals is only available at your venue.

Setup and Decorating
We’ll work closely with your vendors to make sure everything — from tables and chairs to lighting and décor — is arranged exactly how you envisioned it. We also offer a selection of in-house décor items, which we’ll bring and set up for you.

Day-of Event Coordination
On the big day, we’re your behind-the-scenes experts. From setup through the final dance, we’ll ensure your timeline runs smoothly and every detail is executed to perfection. We’ll coordinate vendors, manage transitions between the ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and afterparty, and even deliver vendor tips upon request, all so you can stay fully in the moment.

Post Event
We'll break down and remove all décor borrowed from our inventory immediately after the event.

Services Not Included:
To make sure we're all on the same page, Boylston Events does not arrange florals, perform DJ or AV services, prepare, cook, serve or deliver food, take or edit photographs or videos, create social media content, transport vendors, clients, guests or family members, perform clothing alterations, rig lighting, install HVAC, or clean up and removing trash and debris after the event.
